And getting someone’s voicemail STINKS and is super FRUSTRATING!😤
So let’s go over our number One Voicemail Hack so that the next time a prospect opts into your website and you give them a call and they don’t recognize your phone number so they don’t pick up – you will know EXACTLY what to say!
We picked this up from Eric Russel who is a straight up ninja when it comes to Sales.

When leaving a voicemail most academies will say:
“Hey John, this is Cris from Gracie PAC. We saw that you were interested in our programs so please give us a call back so that we can give you more information.”
Well, the problem is that if John listens to that voicemail and doesn’t give us a call back the next time that we call him, he is going to feel really nervous about it because we asked him to call us back and he didn’t!
He’s going to feel super guilty and NOT want to pick up the phone. 📵
So, here is the magic voicemail hack that I want you to start using and it goes like this:
“Hey John! This is Cris from Gracie PAC Martial Arts and we saw that you were interested in our awesome BJJ program. Please give me a call back at 813-244-1293 when you get the message. If I don’t hear from you soon, don’t worry about it, I’ll call again later.”
Read that last sentence again.
“If I don’t hear from you soon, don’t worry about it, I’ll call again later.” 🔥🔥🔥
What this simple sentence does is take the guilt off of John if he doesn’t give us a return phone call back!
This way, he’s not going to feel bad about it because we already told him that we’d give him a call back and this also PRE-FRAMES him that we are going to pick up the phone and call him again.
It’s so simple.
Yet SO effective.
So the next time you leave a voicemail, be sure you use this simple hack!
